  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) unbleached flour
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) baking powder

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of nuts and seeds of your choice (I like pumpkin seeds and nuts)
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) dried fruit (cranberries, apricot grapes) diced)
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) ground chia seeds
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) (optional) chocolate chips
  • 5 crushed wort bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) lightly packed brown sugar
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) canola oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) pure vanilla extract
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp) ground cardamom (optional)

Preparation of the recipe for healthy banana breads

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
